As professionals we do charge a fee.  For residential and buy to let mortgages we charge a fee of £495 for advising on and arranging your mortgage.   This fee is payable on submission of a full application.  The lender may also pay us commission.

For Commercial Mortgages we usually charge a fee of 1.5% of the loan amount.  The fee is negotiable and is subject to the loan amount and the complexity of the proposition.  If we receive a commission from the lender we will let you know the exact amount, and may refund an element of this to you.
