Remortgaging is proving popular now spring is underway.  Its a good time to remortgage as the base rate has been at an all time low for a while.  Its a great time  for people to review their mortgage to see if money can be saved.

The buy to let market  is also showing signs of recovery.  Demand for rental property continues to grow and lower property prices combined with more buy to let product availabilty means now is a good time for landlords to increase their portfolio or for new landlords to enter the market.
