Debt Advice

We are experienced advisors for Mortgages, Secured Loans and Commercial Finance using the Whole market to ensure that we offer only the best deals.  We have become aware that some of our clients, who have been in difficulty with their personal debt have gone to the ‘wrong’ people to deal with this debt.

We discovered that these customers felt that they had not been given the best deal.

So we have carefully researched the market and have found the companies that give the best deals to their customers.

Did you know that approximately 80% of personal debt that was started between 1974 and 2007 is unenforceable?

We offer a Free Advice Service for people that want to deal with their debt problems.

There are four ways to deal with personal debt that is ruining your life:

1. Debt Transfer

This is a fast, legal way to rid your self of personal debt and, in the right circumstances can be exceedingly cheap and effective.

2. Challenge the Debt Agreement in Court.

There are companies that will help you do this.  Some will charge very high fees, others do not.

You will need to pay for the Legal Representation and the process can be very long winded (from 9 to 24 months).

3. Debt Management

Once again, some companies will rip you off and others give a very fair deal.

4. Ignore it and hope that it will go away

This is NOT a sensible option.

Lenders can sell your debt to Debt Collection companies that can be very unpleasant to deal with.

Lenders can put a charging order on your home and force you to sell it.

We will be pleased to give you the advice that you need to find the best solution for you.
