Planit Mortgages celebrates Birthday and holds networking event.

Planit Mortgages recently celebrated its birthday by holding an informal networking event at their Ferndown offices. The event was attended by over 60 local businesses. Julie Hardman, Managing Director said “We were absolutely delighted with the event, and overwhelmed with the interest that was generated”.

With the credit crunch it has been difficult for almost everyone however their are still opportunities. Property price falls will mean that First Time Buyers may be able to afford their first property and demand for rental property has increased the demand for Buy to Let mortgages. In addition, on the commercial side there has been an increase in enquiries as those business people who have deposits are able in a good position to bag a bargain.
