As professionals we do charge a fee. For residential and buy to let mortgages we charge a fee of £495, in addition we may receive commission from a lender. The fee is payable in 2 stages: £95 is payable on application for a mortgage with the balance payable on completion. Alternatively we can work on a pure fee basis of 1% of the loan amount for our services and we will refund any commission we receive from the lender.
